This is a beautiful and gentle way to feel held while you move through your grief. If related to the death of a person, this can be an addition to a funeral. This ceremony focuses on feeling your grief, remembering the good and releasing. This is an intimate event that you can invite the women in your life to so that you can feel held and share your grief.

- exploration of the theme of endings/death (dependent on type of loss)
- journal prompts and space for sharing
